About the event

Share recipes ranging from classic to contemporary Filipino food and let the chef in you shine. Tell the world how you alchemize the raw ingredients into pure joy. Is there a dish that reminds you of your favorite childhood memories? Just thinking about it, are you conjuring the aroma already? And does it draw you from wherever you are to the warmth of your kitchen?

We're working on a book that will delight foodies, both chefs and connoisseurs. Bring to the readers sumptuous stories of your own creation or those of your mother, grandmother, father, friend, or anyone else who has delighted your tastebuds.

Submit your content and details.

For any queries, feel free to write to publishing@ukiyoto.com
