Shipping Policy

Shipping location once booked may not be change post order confirmation
Shipping fare, mode and type would be finalized before booking the order
Any shipment attracting duty or customs charge needs to be borne by the receiving party and be paid to the shippers directly.
All shipping are to be pre-booked without Cash on Delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

All goods and services are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once order is placed.
No shipment can be returned or denied acceptance once shipment has reached destination location.
Any damaged goods need to be reported within 3 days of the receipt for further action.
