Though the information may vary based on the needs of the Event Organizer such information may include person’s name and birthdate, address, school, information about the parents and siblings, and other information. Return and Refund Policy 

• All goods and services are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once order is placed.

• No copies or products can be replaced once printed and shipped with the automated existing processes in place.

• Any shipment attracting duty or customs charge needs to be borne by the receiving party and be paid to the shippers directly.

• No shipment can be returned or denied acceptance once shipment has reached destination location.

• Damaged goods need to be reported within 3 days of the receipt for further action.

• Changes in incorrect addresses provided are chargeable as per actual shipping rates.

• Events or Projects once booked cannot be cancelled or transferred or interchanged with anyone else
