What is a Manhwa?
Manhwa is the general Korean word for comics and print cartoons. Outside of Korea, the term specifically describes comics created in South Korea.
Why is there a sudden craze in Manhwa now?
Manhwa (Korean comics) is having a massive global craze right now because it uses vertical scrolling formats optimized for smartphones (in this project it will be in print and ebook format for the ease of circulation) and fast-paced, high-action storytelling.
